Die SEQ konzentriert sich, wie der Name schon sagt, nur auf eine einzige Frage: „Overall, how difficult or easy was the task to complete?“ oder auch „Overall, how difficult or easy did you find this task?“. Es geht darum herauszufinden, wie ProbandInnen die Einfachheit einer abgeschlossenen Aufgabe bewerten (ähnlich wie Frage eins des ASQ). (Vgl. Sauro/Lewis, 2012, S. 214.)
